ID this syn. catfish
I bought this catfish a couple days ago. He came in with a shipment of Stripped Raphaels. I'.m guessing some type of syn hybrid with a Syn Eupetrus. Thanks

- you are right it is a hybrid - it didn't come in with a shipment of Raphaels strictly speaking it arrived from a wholesaler with them. IE this is a man made creature from African parentage whereas the Raph's come from South America

Thanks. Right now he is just a couple inches long I guess he should max around 8 inches. Does that sound about right. I have him in a 46 bowfront planted tank.

It would be safe to plan with that in mind, may not happen but very possible.I guess he should max around 8 inches. Does that sound about right.
