Synodontis Lucipinnis with betta? (UPDATE)

Hi, I had a question regarding the keeping of the syno. lucipinnis. I read the profile and on the furniture tab it says bogwood and long tall flowing plants. I also seen videos of the lucipinnis with flower pots and they seem to enjoy them.

What things would make the aquarium a lucipinnis dream tank?? I will definitely buy some bogwood, and some live plant. Also I know they eat everything but what do they enjoy the most, and are there any treats for them e.g. bloodworms??

EDIT: would it be ok with a betta?? the betta is peaceful i kept it with livebearers

Thanks.

Lots of hiding places - it probably doesn't matter (to them, it may matter to the observer) if these are plastic pipes, terracotta flower pots, ocean rock (aka Texas Holey rock), big native stone, lumps of wood or whatever else you can come up with. The key is hiding spaces.

Given lots of choices for hiding places, my synodontis seem to prefer shallow caves. For example a terra cotta saucer with a slate tile not quite covering the top.

I think stones piled as in the picture below is Luci heaven...they just spend all day cruising in, out and over all the rocks and know they can safely dart in somewhere if they feel in danger which actually makes them more visible.
I usually leave a strip of sand(which I now use in most of my tanks) at the front 4-6 inches.
