Ageneiosus breeding?

Post by Industrial »

I have three Ageneiosus sp 3 right now, two are in the same tank and one has a curved dorsal fin like a male, and the other does not so I am assuming it's a female.

They are 5 1/2-6" and in a standard 20 gallon for the time being.

Does anybody have any ideas on what possible spawning triggers would be?

Results to indicate that they are rainy season spawners. Try simulating a rainy season.
