Hi, I am new to the forum. Wish you all a Merry Christmas and A HAPPY NEW YEAR.

I have 7 male and 12 female in two tanks measuring 4ft x 1ft x 1ft.
3 male and 7 female one tank and others in another tank.
Interiors only drift wood and few pvc pipes bare tank.
pH 6.7 - 7.0
dh 45ppm - 50ppm
ammonia, nitrate, nitrite zero
Temp: 24.5-27.0
Water is tan in colour
Running water filtration and water change every 2days 20% with 70% water change weekly once and the fish are 15month old and they were bred by me earlier with one pair and due to some reason i gave of the parents.
My problem is i tried to breed them in caves or pvc but they prefer holes in wood and never try to breed in other place than wood. But how to maintain the holes in wood as the fish are getting broader. I have drilled hole in wood and the hole drilled is by 25mm drill and the depth is around 50-60mm. They have bred twice already and got around 180 fries twice approximately.

And please required information regarding keeping L018, L168 getting them in a day or two.

You need to make some wooden caves. Here in the USA we use Red Oak,
however, I'm not sure what types of wood are available to you in India.

I'm not sure of the adult size of L255 but I make oak caves with a 1.25" (32 mm)
diameter hole 5"- 6" (130 - 150 mm) deep for most suckermouth catfish.
