Help ID this Rineloricaria

Well I've had this catfish for sometime now and I honestly don't quite know what he is. It was sold to me as a Rineloricaria sp. but after viewing several of those species in the cat-elog I'm pretty sure he isn't one. Of course he could also be a she. The closest I could find that matched him was the species in Hemiloricaria.

He looks a little grumpy in these photos as we had an "adventure" transferring him from one tank to a new holding tank. He's mostly like going into a 40 gal at the end of December after it finishes doing its thing. This home might even be temporary as I have a 55 gal waiting to be set up.

Since I've never been quite sure what he eats I've been covering all the basics, live/thawed food (bloodworms and black worms), Omega Veggie wafters, fresh vegetables, and Omega Catfish Pellets, and Sera Catfish Chips with wood.

Photo isn't the best as I couldn't find my better camera.

is likely, as these are the most common in the trade, being exported en mass from the Llanos of Colombia.

Other Brazilian/Peruvian species are available, but not nearly as frequently.

The generic level taxonomy/priority of Hemiloricaria vs. Rineloricaria needs further work, but currently Hemiloricaria is the correct name for the fishes we see in the trade, although many books and online references still use Rineloricaria.
