Hi Birger,
the first one looks like Panaqolus sp. aff. maccus (LDA 67) to me.
P. maccus should have more stripes on the pectoral fins.
The second one could be Hemiloricaria lanceolata.

The first fish does not look like any Peruvian Panaque I am aware of. It is certainly not L306.
