Looking for multiple specimens of Hemisynodontis Membranocea or Brachysynodontis Batensoda to be shipped or around Indianapolis/Chicago area. These are sometimes called "African Moustache Cats" but ARE NOT THE small Tanganykan ones, they are riverine secies. The ones sought get big and are universally brown in color. I understand most of these exported go to Europe but there must be some around?
Any size or quantity considered, please pm to madfishkeeper at gmail dot com with info or leads. Thanks for reading this post.

Moved to "Wanted" section rather than for sale.
Whilst I'm here, I do see these in the UK from time to time, but they are definitely not common. I'm pretty sure last month when I went to Wholesale Tropicals they had them in stock - but this is one of those shops that carry unusual fish all the time.

aye
this is an exception to the rule that apart from hybrids few Syno's make it in the trade here
I know a bunch of these in a -gulp- Dutch LFS......
unfortunately they will outgrow the smaller tanks I have.
putting them in the big tank is not an option; because I know the granulosus will tear them up.
same goes for a whopping big decorus I know that's stuck in the LFs for years now. genuine, no hybrid, good looking; but I don't trust my grannies with a gentle cat like that at all.
