Possible bloat, but I would say that it's likely a gravid (heavy with eggs) female.

Ok, it's for sure a big female gravit with eggs. But looking at the anus made me thibnk someting is wrong. Is this normal for a gravit woman?

I'm not sure - it looks similar to the way my Panaque maccus does when they are heavy with eggs. But let someone else make a comment.

Bloat is not a diagnosis, It is merely a description of appearance.
Some of my L260 developed this appearance and they also died. I cut them open and they were merely full of fluid. Not eggs. I suspect a bacterial infection but not one for which we have any specific drugs which will cure this condition. I believe isolating it from the others was wise but I doubt you will be able to save the fish.
I would love to be proved wrong and learn of an effective treatment for this condition, I had my fish for over five years and had bred them. One infers if your fish are breeding that there is little likelihood that there is any problem with your husbandry.
My suspicions are that Pseudomonas or Aeromonas bacteria are implicated, but I think cultures would have to be run to verify or dismiss these possibilities. Some viruses could cause similar symptoms but would present an even more dismal prospect for an effective treatment. I don't think symptomatic fish can be saved.

Hi!!

The behaviour of a sick fish is different from a healthy one.

A different colouration than the other fish present in the tank, either darker or lighter
apathic fish, it will not move much, don't go out for food when provide

Heavy / fast breathing

All these are sign that there is something wrong ...

if your female did not had any of such behaviour, then I would suspect she is not sick at all but just gravid

by the way you might want to cut down the feeding a bit

Cheers

Tnx all for the replies,

She is not acting any different and is still a good eater. But, she is the only one that is as thick as this. Let's hope she is Gravid and finds a male to mate with.

keep you informed!

According photo 2,it should fat but not sick.

Anus looked huge ,i can guess it should be male or having breeding experience female.

and it doesn't look like a male,so it shoule be a having breeding experience female and she is gravid.
