in Copeia 2007 (no. 1): 62–79 was the UNSET ORINOCO ANGEL PLECO or HYPANCISTRUS SP. (L201) describe as a synonym from Hypancistrus contradens.

Hi,

we´ve also had this discussion before:

As a result, these two were deliberately split and I don´t see any new evidence to change that.
