Treating plecos for Tetraonchus sp.

Ichtiologist found Tetraonchus gill flukes under the microscope in gills from my Astronotus ocellatus. I have to treat my 2 L24's and 2 Albino gibby's. Aquarium medications containing praziquantel were removed from pet stores in Poland a couple months ago, so I'm looking for something else... Anyone have treated those flukes?
