Fantastic nice L260!
The most of them looks like males?
I have 12 pcs in an aquarium prior to feeding. They are approx. 1 ½ years, so they need just a little more size before they are ready for breeding.
How old is your?
How big are they?

Yea, I think one of them is a female, hoping so any way. I would love to get more but I know that is near impossible.

Honestly looks to me like all are definately male
. I am basing this on odontodal growth, thickness of the pectoral fin, and most importantly head/body shape. They all have male heads, the only one that looks the least masculine is #3, but I suspect this is due to the angle of the photo, none of the have the nice wide child-bearing hips either
. Assuming these guys are wild caught, this makes perfect sense-when fish are collected fisherman usually collect them from caves and crevices yeilding horrible male to female ratio for the aquarium trade. If you have had them for 4 years and your water quality is good I would suspect that they probably would have spawned by now. Keep your eyes peeled and you will find some, they are out there-mostly f1s that you will have to grow out, but they are out there.

Just an update. I am pretty sure they are all males. I have had them for several years now. They are all fully grown, looking really great too. I am now very much in need of a couple females. I know that is a common statement, but if there is anyone out there that is willing to part with a female or two for a fair price, please let me know.
Thank you,
Mike
