Agassiz's Corydoras

Is anyone breeding these in aquarium . If so what water parameters e.t.c. are you using. Iv heard they are imposible to breed in captivity?

Are they definately & not one of the many similar looking corys?

Cat-e-log states breeding is unreported but that might simply mean no-one has submitted breeding data in to Jools yet (few people actually do :( )

I'd wait for Ian or Kim or Frank or one of the other Cory kings to post to get the definitive data on this species

No fish, except perhaps those that migrate long distances, are impossible to breed in captivity. It's just a case of figuring out what the exact right thing to get them to spawn.

When it comes to corys, I'm convinced they are ALL breedable. They may not be EASY to breed, but certainly breedable.
