Asked many people, some say L015 while others say its L202. Can anyone who has owned or owns any of those two L's confirm which L number it really is. Thanks

This is a group of fish that contain several pretty similar fish. However, I don't think it's
(L202). To confirm that it is
(L015) we'd have to know what river it came from - do you have any idea (what country would be a good start).
There are several other species that look pretty similar:
,
,
- I wouldn't be surprised if we could find at least one or two more if we look through all
.
From a visual perspective, I'd say
P. vittata is the closest match... But as I said, there are several pretty similar, and they vary in colour and pattern both as individuals and depending on age/size. Colour can also change based on water conditions and the mood of the fish.

You are very right it is really hard to get a definite id on these guys. Unfortunately there is no way of telling which river they came from so i guess it'll just be L015 from now on, thanks for that
