i found out that a tank for Branze cory's have to be very clean without snails.
but i've got a mass amount of malaysian trumpet snails and its been pretty hard trying to remove them because these things breed like rabbits! and most of them are under ground,
what should i do?

I'm not sure I understand the question. Malaysian trumpet snails do not eat fish eggs, and should not really compete with the fish fry for food.

oh what i meant was that because they lay alot of waste, would it affect the way cory's breed because they need very clean water and the snails might put them off

Rather than creating waste, the snails actually help keep the tank clean.
They are in my mind a good thing. I add snails to every tank I have, and never have a problem with them.
A huge number of snails, however, indicates overfeeding.

I have had this problem before, and as stated above, I was over feeding, Once i realized and amended the amount i fed, the snail numbers were controlled.
