Today when i came home to check on my tanks, notice one of pleco was missing, so took out the DW and saw this poor thing infected with cotton like thing coming out of his body.

Isolate in a hospital tank, warm water, LOTS of oxygen, frequent 50% water changes.

Looks like fighting injury - do you have more of them, or is it in a tank of mixed fish?
