Help to ID pleco

My mother has given me a pleco as she is downsizing, she called it a Tiger pleco. I originally thought it was L002 but its head markings are different. Am not too sure if its a panaque or peckolitia. It has a 'hairy' back so I think he is a male, can anyone identify him?
