Gill Fluke

Hello I have a amazon tank setup 120gal it has automatic water change setup which replaces the water weekley with a 1 part ro and 2 part well water drip, it is filtered through peat. my ph is 6.6 KH is 4 and nitrite is 0.
I have 5-gold nugget pleco's and 5 bristle nose (reg and albino mix) and a few talking cats they have been in their for over a year and are doing great, in the last 2 months I added 4 young electric blue jack dempsy which I will proubly cut down to 2 once they get some size on them.
I have noticed on of the jacks twitching it's head like to shake off something and rubbing that gill on the side of the acrylic tank or a cly pot in the tank, from what i have read on some posts it sounds like gill fluke, the apperance of the fish seams fine and it is eating.
I was debating treating with praziquantel , and thinking it may be good to treat the entire tank, I have never used this med before and wanted to be sure I was doing the right thing before going ahead, is this med safe with pleco's and cats? , would it be right to treat entire tank or just put jack into a diffrent tank for treatment.
one post I read said it is very contacious.
Any Help would be Great.
