Science News: Bagridae - Hemibagrus caveatus

Hemibagrus caveatus is described from the Alas River drainage in Aceh provence, northern Sumatra. This new species is very attractive with 11-13 dark vertical stripes on the sides of the body and a dark horizontal stripe along the lateral line. With a maximum SL of just under 8 inches, it would make an interesting aquarium fish.
