Black fin shark?

Post by Rob_Spade »

Has anybody ever heard of an Arius seemani being referred to as a black fin shark?

My LFS is selling what they are calling black fin sharks. They look like Arius seemani but it is difficult for me to tell without having one here in front of me to compare the two.

Yes, Arius seemanni has been called the black-fin shark, white-tipped shark, Colombian shark, etc. among other things.
