Which temp rtc need in tank

since it is winter now i went to know which temp the rtc need to in the tank... ?

Why?
In what have you been keeping your RTC in, maybe an outside pond? and what temperature has your tank/pond been kept at?

he's located in Israel; place gets quite warm enough in summer to keep this fish outside I guess
any temp between 23-30'C would be OK, with around 25-26'C as an optimum.
