Corydoras reynoldsi

Hi!
I had several spawn of these Corydoras, but so far all the eggs were infertile...
I doubt that the male is too young as they are full grown...
They have laid their eggs in a mop ( most of the time)
THe water is a tap water with the following parameters: PH7.8, KH8°, GH12°, conductivity: 300 microsiemens. T° is around 20-22°c
I make a water change every 2-3 days of about 30-50% with cooler water that make it drop to ~17°c, by the next day the T° is back to the normal range.
Anyone has a bit of idea to turn these eggs into fertile ones...what should I do to have the male fertilize them?
