I got 1 of this pleco
Will it be suitable for bare bottom discus tank ?
I feed mostly pellets and beef hart from time to time
Also : which pleco will suit there to ( high temp + bare bottom tank + carnivore )

I do not recomend beefheart for any Plecos (or other fishes), Hypancistrus species is more on the carnivore side then L17 and species from Rio xingu is adapted to high temperatures 29-32 C...but all these species prefer some current even the L17 you bought. Feeding Discus which need to be fed several times a day with quite heavy food is not really any good combination with Plecos origin from heavy currents, Ancistrus species may be much better and L159 from Rio xingu is quite beautiful.
