Cheapest Pangasius?

I think most of us on here realise that Pangasius cats are unsuitable fish to be selling to the average unsuspecting member of the public, so it got me thinking...

I was going to make this a broader topic of discussion (lack of knowledge/responsibility of shop/information supplied by them etc), but decided that it could become libellous, so I shall restrict it to 'What is the cheapest you've seen a pangasius catfish for sale for, and where?' As this is just stating a verifiable fact, hopefully we can name some shops, (or we could restrict it to the town name if the moderators prefer?) So here it is:

Assuming that any shop mentioned has full knowledge about the fish (and it's eventual size and requirements) and sells them with full accompanying information all about the correct care requirements and commitment required for their healthy upkeep (please don't say if you think otherwise!)

What is the cheapest you've seen a pangasius catfish for sale for, and where?

I'll start you off with £2.99 for a 2.5"/6.5cm TL Pangasius hypophthalmus at Brotton Animal Supplies in East Cleveland, England.

Is this restricted to the UK?

Being much closer to the source, P. hypopthalmus are typically something like 40p in LFSs here.
