Keeping P.Maccus and LDA01s together???

I am having to rearrange some of my tanks, and would like to keep my 4 x P.Maccus along with 3 x LDA01s together in a 36" x 15' x 15" Tank. (something like 120/130litres).
I am able to provide a large amount of wood, some bits with holes in, and also some ceramic caves.
I am planning to arrange the wood so there are lots of levels, i.e stacking it up into a sort of tangle.
Will housing these fish together cause any problems???
I will filter the tank with an Eheim external filter.
I am also hoping to keep an adult male Bn in here.
Any advice???

I doubt these fish will be causing each other any problem, although my preference is to only keep one species of a particular genus in one tank [at least if there is any chance of a spawn].

Thats a good point, and was one of my concerns. I dont want them to breed together.
Im not sure if this happens???

Well, it is VERY difficult to tell what species within a genus can and can't breed together. The chances are reduced if you have several of both genders in both groups [or at least both genders present in both groups], but there is no guarantee that one species male will find a match in the other species' female and thus create unwanted hybrids.

and these little hairballs can be quite territorial
not just fully grown males, but every single individual
if there are fully grown males among them they can and will fight, also maccus Vs LDA01.
that's another reason not to put too many of these mini Panaque's in 1 tank.
they definitely don't fit the "social/communal catfish" bill at all.
