Hi all

Can anyone identify this cory or is it really undescribed? There were being sold as an undescribed species with no c-numbers. Thanks in advance.

Excellent photos.

It looks most like C simulatus to me, but wait until one of the cory experts come along for an opinion.

Thanks guys! It does look like it.
Any idea how to differentiate the sex? Male having a black dorsal fin (3rd pic) while female do not have the black coloration on the dorsal fin?

It is usually harder to sex the long bodied corys, but a ripe female will be a little deeper bodied and slightly wider.

Hi Frank, thanks for the picture. Your C. simulatus does seem different to those of mine.

Mine look like this piece too

I'm no expert but to my eye, I must agree with C127.
