Should I be concerned?

1. Water parameters
a) Temerature range. ~ 75 deg.
b) pH. 7.2
c) GH. ?
d) KH ?
e)Ammonia, Nitrate, Nitrite, leavels. 0/0/20
f) Water change frequency 50% every week.
(Most LFS's will check your water and give a list of readings).

2. Tank set up 20g
a) Size. 20H
b) Substrate. Shultz Aquatic Soil
c) Filtration. ~300 GPH
d) Furnishings. ?
e) Other tank mates. Peppered and Aeneus cories, CW010s, some sort of cory Im not sure about (This is the fish that got sick), Tiger Endlers and Glofish.
f) How long has it been set-up? ~ 6 months.

3. Symptoms / Problem description
The fish for a short while couldnt swim upright and color had faded. It has fortunately reverted back to normal behavior and coloring, but should I be concerned?
4. Action taken (if any)
None.
5. Medications used (if any)
None.

if you didn't mix up your nitrate and nitrite readings, then you should be concerned. A cycled tank should have zero nitrite readings and some nitrate reading. The nitrogen cycle is ammonia -> nitrite -> nitrate

Sorry! I got them mixed up.
