I know this list is big sorry. I would like some first hand info from people who have had some of these. Like care and breeding and how hard to find in the states. I picked some based on looks and size which i know is not the best way. L024,L014,L204,L066,L069,L075,L081,L121, L135,L134,L168,L169,L170,L200,L208,L236,L240,L243,L250,L260,L273,L288,L282,L295,L305,L306,L333,L340,L350,L351,L368,L397,L403,L600

That's a tall order. It would take a week to reply. Have you done any research here by looking at the catelog or any of the threads discussing the various L numbers you have listed? IF not I suggest that is the best place to start until you can narrow down your search.

the bold ones are ones that i know have been bred i will bold more as i get more info i have never bred pelcos and this will be one of the goals and sorry if the list is big

If you have neer bred plecos, I suggest you start with bristlenoses, Ancistrus. Most of the available ancistrus are fairly easy to breed and would be a better starting place than some of those you have listed. Just becuase a fish has been bred, does not mean it is easy.

Regular Sp(3) bristlenoses would be a good start or look at some of the other ancistrus here:

i do know just because it has been bred it is not easy i dont even have a tank set up yet most fish i will get will be shipped because there are no fish breeder or stores near me and i have kept bn and they are not ones that realy that i like and shipping a bn with cost as high as they are dont get me wrong i like plecos alot but bn are not my favorites plus i am just looking them up right now it will be a month alest before i set up a tank getting some nice and happy is my first goal breeding will be the last goal

Well then of you listed fish, I would suggest you start with L066 or L333, someone else may have other suggestions. They are frequently available and regularly bred, but still present enough of a challange to a new pleco keeper.

Breeding these "easy" Hypancistrus species will be harder than breeding L204 I guess , so I would start with this dwarf panaque before I'd try those if I were you. Hypancistrus also require water manipulation and the L204 can spawn in water with a ph of 8 and more.

L 14, L 168, L 200 HiFin and LoFin has already been bred;
L 236 and L 250 are very rare species, most of the fish sold with this label are in fact different species.

L 600 is not a valid L number, P. leopardus and L 114 has also been bred.

As already proposed, I would also suggest to start with Hypancistrus sp.

What about L340 or l129? I thought that l340 and l129 are good spicies to start with. Is it so?

You can also mark the L397 down as being bred, there is a couple here who breed them often
