I have been trying to figure out how a person can get hold of this, I know should be simple, and I am guessing it could be ordered but where?

The Special Catfish Volume of the Proceedings of the Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia is available for $50 in the US, $60 outside of the US. Also the printed volume has a soft (not hard) cover.
