Help to identificate this "Cat"

Post by MiguelPeru »

Hello Guys,
I got this small cat, people call it "Novia", most of "Novias" are Tatia sp., but for sure this it is not a Tatia sp.
Maybe it is Ituglanis, any help?
You will see on pictures that this small fish did not came in perfect conditions, i got only 100 of them in small bag, after 48 hours in travel time by truck.
