Breeding BNP's

Hello all...
Unfortunantly, last night, my gold nugget died. I notived that he had astarted to become sluggish, but he was eating zucchini and algae tablets, so I didn't think anything of it. Anyways, that's not the point of this thread.
I picked up an albino male bristle nose a while back...he's about 6.5 inches long, not including his britles, so he's huge. I am interested in picking up a female for him, and at the lfs I work at, we have some in, but they are smaller...alot smaller...about 3.5-4 inches.
Will introducing a female that small to me tank with the male cause any problems as far as territory? They are in a 40 tall with 7 P. saulosi (african cichlids) so there is alot of rock and cave. The saulosis hang nbear the top of the tank, so they never bother the albino bristlenose.
the females are normal, and the male is albino...if they were to breed, would I get a mix of colors, or, in the event that albino is a reccessive gene, would all the fry be brown but be carriers of the albino gene?
I also have the option of getting a female albino that is about a half inch shorter than my male...should I go with her or a normal female? the price difference is so small, that it really doesn't matter to me.
