C. aeneus...hmm...there is different opnions about that :)

You fish is CW009 or "green laser" and by many hobbyists regarded closer to C. melanotaenia than C. aeneus. I personally believe it to be a real species. I have bred tham and egg size is large and the egg number is low compared to what you would expect if it was C. aeneus-related.

But as the others say; very beautiful fish :)

Thanks to everyone for the comments.
And I do agree with Kim that someday these cutes will be classified into a new species. Time will tell :roll:
However, the local aquaria as well as some cory. sites still categorized the Green/Gold-Stripe into C. aeneus.
I'm now keeping 7 of them in a 10g tank and planning to move them to a 25g one.
