Check out my thread just bellow yours. Looks very similar. I treated with jungle fungus cure for a day, 50% WC then 1/2 strength jungle fungus cure then no more after that. Erythromycin on every day 1-6 also with 50% WC's every day. I thought my fish had columnaris but I am no expert which is why I went with a fairly broad spectrum approach. Whatever he had and whatever I did it worked and the fish is now back to normal. He was bad to the point where he was having to struggle to the surface to breath
This is what he looked like before I put him in the hospital tank. He went from just having fuzz on the fin edges to full body like this in a matter of days (2 or so)
