It seems to me like this would be a difficult to predict. I could see coming up short one Galaxy over a night once in awhile.

That would never happen, seeing that the catfish is about the size of the galaxy.

galaxy 2.5 centimeters
hara jerdoni 3 centimeters, so it's not a shark!!
some serious advise ?

As Silurus says
There is no problem with regards to compatiblity keeping
Hara jerdoni with small Microrasbora's
(M erthromicron) and Danioinae
(Celelestichthys margaritatus)
However regarding the temperatures you state as being the 'norm' for you
H jerdoni will be OK as long as you make sure that this is plenty of dissolved oxygen in your water, as they tend not to cope too well at the higher temperatures unless there is plenty of oxygen in their water.
Blup!
temp is about 25/26C° in normal weather and sometimes 27°c in hot summer.
Living in Paris; I take it that to experience these ambient temperatures, that you must live in a centrally heated house or appartment?

I only wondered about it because at least in the USA, these small Cyprinids are often sold as small as 1.5 cm TL.

Thats the usual size of them when they enter the UK.
I sometimes use
H jerdoni if I have no cory fry available in my fry tanks, obviously I don't use them with very small fry. at the moment my H jerdoni are in a tank with some
Puntius malanampyx fry which are around 10mm SL and there is no aggression etc aimed at the fry from the
Hara jerdoni and have never observed any either when the Hara's are feeding on the brine shrimp naupulii side by side with the barb fry

yes i'm in appartment, the temp is good for the moment, i can keep 25C° without any problem.
but in summer, (ARG CLIMAT CHANGE!), sometime there are 27C° in my tank, and it can still like that for july and august.
do you think the hara could resist or not?
is there any other asian SMALL catfish which support this temp in summer?
thx and excuse me again for my english:(

something else,
how can i control the oxygen rate in my tank, an easy method?
thx

Hey,
it is easy. In lower temperatures more oxygen can dissolve. A table with how much exactly you may find in almost every common book about fishkeeping :)
Adding two airstones with pump to your tank should be enough :).

I have learned something from this thread about an interesting Asian Catfish I have never seen offered for sale in my region. Maybe someday a few will show up so I can try keeping them. Tiny catfish are among my favorite species to keep and breed.
I have been promoting the enjoyment that fresh water "nano" tanks and fish provide on a local fish forum for over a year. The SE Asian Cyprinids and Anabantoids provide many beautiful species to choose from but a regionally correct choice for catfish has been a missing element.

Thank you for your comment. You seem to have a way of summing things up that is very direct and thorough. I, too, find myself becoming more and more interested in the tiny catfish. (Now, where to find them in Maryland.)

I would ask the folks at
Scales.

Ahhh! So you are in Texas... but you know about Scales in Maryland. I have been there ... and Andrew is a member of our CCA (Capital Cichlid Association). Yes, I will ask at Scales.

Dave's connection with Maryland/Scales can probably be explained by this thread:

other really cool thing about
Hara jerdoni is fact they do not eat shrimps (well they eat tiny babies but not many). In Poland in "nano" tanks people usually keep freshwater shrimps (probably we do not have many cool, little asian fish on market and shrimps are very colourful and interesting).
Just another + for tiny Haras :).
