Someone offered me the fishes below. Does someone know what is the name of this fish, and is it really a wild specimen?

It's the long finned (=not wild) form of
Ancistrus sp(3)

Ancistrus sp(3)

Several man made variants exist: piebald, albino and long-fin (veiltail) varieties have been bred in a captivity.
