Identification of an Otocinclus

Yesterday, I was in an aquatic shop and I have seen a strange Otocinclus.It seem an Otocinclus vittatus, but first the head was quite yellowish, and second it was a swimmer-and I have seen an Otocinclus vittatus swim so much never! Can you tell me what it is?

I solved the mystery:the fishes was only a more-colourated form of Otocinclus vittatus!

I doubt it was a catfish. More likely a Chinese Algae eater.
