Bristlenose Fights!

Post by Hell Fire »

As ive posted not to long back you may remember me saying about trying to breed my Bristlenoses. Well theyve been in the tank for several weeks now but they keep fighting. the male actually went for the female and they really were bashing!!!
Is this to be expected as am a bit worried. She still comes out and eats etc but my male recently has taken to staying in the cave a LOT and hes normaly out all the time. Hes got no damages, both are in good condition and fit. Any chance hes guarding spawn?
Any ideas?
Thanks

Well, if he is, he will stay inside for a few weeks, so I would not worry too much
