To the best of my knowledge, I am unable to verify if there is anyone who is currently breeding Corydoras robinae.
By all accounts, Corydoras robinae is among the most difficult species to breed. It has been many years ago but an article was published in TFH magazine documenting the breeding of this Corydoras. It was accomplished but with great difficulty and not repeated. The number of fry was very small. I think that part of the author's protocol involved simulated black water, low pH and very low conductivity(almost no TDS.)
The information in the planetcatfish database describes a different protocol. Cool water, less extreme chemisty, and pair or trio setup.
Good luck. Successes are rare.

They have been successfully bred in the USA.

There is a small catch about the coryman's link. It takes you to his site and access is for paid members only. I am one such member and it's well worth it to anyone seriously interested in breeding Corydoras but not useful as a casual free source of info.
I think that should be made clear in the interest of full disclosure.
