what would be good sinking veggies for plecos?
are potatoes good for plecos? i'd liek to feed them with veggies which doesn't have to be weighed down.
so that i can just drop them into the tank?
my tank is quite high and also deep. so i have to climb up a ladder to clip veggies.
any suggestions?

thanks.

Regular potatos are also sinking when fresh.

The other option is to tie a piece of string around the weight, and let the string dangle down, that way you don't have to fish out the weight. Just make sure the string isn't too tight but also that it's attached on the outside of the tank so that it's not ending up all in the tank. If the string is tight, the fish might get caught in it. For the same reason, use fairly thick string, so that it's not so "cutting".
