Cory with diagonal stripe, id help
I bought these guys yesterday, unfortunately one died this morning, but it gave me a chance to take some decent pics. I'm thinking C. melini, davidsandsi, or C016. Help me out please The black stripe over the eye connects on both sides, there is no gap.

Hi. In the past year or so I have seen them offered fairly evenly and priced about the same. - FrankJackster wrote:Hey Frank do you know which of the two (C. melini or C. davidsandsi) are more common?
I have a box of 8 Corydoras davidsandsi on the way so I just want to make sure they are identified correctly before I send them to a buddy.

Hi. That's a nice looking group with a few plump females. I would stick with that ID, but those with much more knowledge than I may offer another call.Jackster wrote:If you don't mind me asking, Frank is the identification of C. davidsandsi correct on these?
Prolly nothing more than random spotting, but a good look with a magnifying glass would help.I also wondered about the black spots on this fish?]
Good luck with them. Are they from Bob? - Frank

Very nice, but not my cup of tea. Other than my Zebs, I cannot keep those dern things alive. I'm jinxed with them.Jackster wrote:Yeah they are from (Bob) Aquaman61 and he sent me these also. Are you jealous yet? LOL!
That is generally considered the closest looking and most often what they are misID's as. Enjoy them. - FrankI was looking at the Cory photos here and the Corydoras metae looks very close?
