These 2 are being sold as a colour variation of L134 and also as a pair. Any ideas?

And now for the identification:
I don't think those are L134.

At first look, they look like Panaque maccus, but looking closer they have too big eyes for one thing, and the body shape is a bit wrong too (Panaque, at least the smaller ones will have a wider body at the mid-section). Body shape looks like either Peckoltia or Hypancistrus.

I'm not sure what these are.

It does look like a me and female, although the picture isn't very clear.

A close-up of the mouth and a lateral (side) shot with dorsal erect will give us a much better chance of identifying the fish.

Some individuals especially when full grown have lines that are very close to eachother...

regarding if it is a pair..a few pic showing the fish closer would help!
How big are they by the way!!

L-134s can be highly variable in color.

IMO yes, these are L-134s.

I also believe these are Peckoltia sp. L134.

I would also say you have a male (right) and a female (left).

This pair is being offered for sale at the same price as normal coloured 134's. I think this is a fair deal, any other opinions?

I guess that depends. If you like these ones (and there's no doubt that they are a tad less "common" in my experience), then they are obviously a good buy.

Prices of fish is always a bit difficult, because there are so many factors involved. If you think the price is right for you, then it's the right price for you

[Could you please avoid posting "bump" just because no-one has replied for a few hours. It just adds to the bandwidth usage of the forum without adding anything useful. Of course, if you don't get a reply within a few days, fine ask again (in the same thread), but 12 or 24 hours isn't a very long time to wait for a reply.
