I'm a self-confessed non-expert, but some sort of Pimelodidae is what it looks like to me (the number of barbels are at least not excluding that idea - but I'm by no means sure).

I don't recognice this one as a Pimelodus blochii
A Pimelodus sp. for sure, but I have caught several Pimelodus blochii in south america, and no one looked like this one. Perhaps its a lokal variety?
