Whilst you've specified rather precisely WHERE the shop should be, you haven't said much of which type of Pleco you want. There are, even in Australia, several different plecos, that may or may not be easy to get hold of [and by that, I'm not referring to ones that are illegal to import] - so being a bit more specific as to what pleco you want may help a whole lot.
I'd expect most decent aquatic shops in Brisbane, with a population of 1.8 million, there should be a few "good" shops, as well as several "above average" ones.
