Pale C Weitzmanis

I have three adult weitzmanis I got a few weeks ago and last week I added two more young females to the tank.
For a while the adults have looked a little washed out with little colour, I have left them alone and tried not to mess with them too much, but they havn't coloured up. The two young ones are ok.
Water stats are ok, any ideas guys and gals?
