I have to confess that I am not a great identifier of L No's,
But, imho this looks very much like a hybrid Hypancistrus.

Um...yes, it's some kinda Hypancistrus...it's sold as L260 (it's mixed together with others L260 for sale) and hope this info helps!!!
So anyone can identify this fellow?

Variation within the species is more likely than hybridization or it's a new species.

I have seen some similar patterned fishes together with L262 when they have arrived to the wholesaler, as we all know they comes from the same river as L260...and honestly they look like a mix of these 2 species, but I dont know if they are so treat them as they are a "new species".

I have been looking at the pictures of 262 and it's not quite the same but it's not like 260 either...so I wonder it's a kinda "mixed" or somehow a "new species"
