I have a few of these guys on the go...

I am finding it very tricky getting these babies eating!!

What's the best method and food people find feeding them.

Thanks
Ben

lettuce leaves,
corgette / zuchinni
spirulina algae powder, mixed with powdered vege flakes and water to produce a paste, then smear the paste over whatever is in the tank (filter foam is great)
spirulina powder mixed with agar to produce spirulina jello. (let it set in a thin sheet, then add to tank) freeze rest for later feeds

They do have a strong preference for meat compared to vegetable matter. My young adults eat Tetra Color Bits, Earthworm pellets, live bbs, frozen blood worms, live blackworms and occasional nibbles off algae wafers.
I would recommend frozen cyclopeeze, live baby brine shrimp and just make veggies available to them as needed.Foods like bbs and cyclopeeze help them keep their red color.
