have identified my catfish as synodontis robbianus

thankyou to all who tried to help. i have identified my catfish as synodontis robbianus have looked at the data sheet on this catfish but there isn't any information on their nature does anyone know about them?

I had a pair of these fish, they lived for ages.
In fact I gave away my remaining female about 6 months ago â?? she was over 10 years old.
I think they come from west africa or maybe Zaire (rainforest areas I think) and prefer soft acid water â?? much like that of the S.Amercian species.

I had to split mine up because they were squabbling all the time â?? but they never bothered any of the other fish â?? I kept a few small tetras with them from time to time.
They were mainly active at night, and the spots on the flanks faded with age.

Climate: tropical; 21 â?? 24°C
Distribution: Lower Niger and Cross River (Old Calabar) in Nigeria.

The one I have now is kept with a . They sometimes squabble but never hurt each other.
