How many corys?
I Have a tank that is around 40 gallons with I small JD Cichlid, 1 Bumblebee catfish, 3 silver hatchetfish, 2 pictus catfish and 1 (emerald?) Cory thats name is Cory. I wanted to know how many more corys would keep him happy. I am thinking about getting a few more, maybe an albino one. So how many more of corys kind would he be happy with?

If you plan on keeping the Jack Dempsey in there, I would suspect that the Cory's will not do well, long term...
Emerald cory is the "incorrect" common name often used for , which is a nice fish indeed. You should keep them in a group of 5 or more for their best behaviour. As far as I'm aware, they don't come in Albino, but I guess you mean the albino version of which is fairly similar looking fish. They'll go OK together, but I would definitely recommend sticking to one species until you have at least 6 of the same, then you may see if you want to add another group of similar numbers. You should definitely be able to keep 6 brochis and 6 medium-to-large corydoras in that tank and the current inhabitants - with reservations on the Jack Dempsey [which also has different requirements when it comes to water parameters than the other fish - it's a Central American fish, and the rest of your fish are from South America. CA is hard and not so warm water, SA is softer and warmer].
You should also have more than two pictus cats, as the dominant one tends to pick on the non-dominant one. Three or more is better. Or a single one.

I have got 3 more corys so far. I got 2 of its kind and 1 spotted cory. You are missing out if you only have 1. I found out that with more of its kind, they are happy and they behave so much better and they become more active in a group. I am planning on getting some more spotted ones for my spotted cory.
