Ancistrus sp. or something more specific?

This was sold as ancistrus sp. but I'm a beginner and the pictures I found looked a bit different. Is this ancistrus sp. or does it have something more to its name? I suppose it's quite young, about 2 inches. The fins have some white in the corners.
Thank you!

I agree with that, and I would call it a male, in case you want to find a "mate" for it.

I would call it a male,
looks like a young female to me.
At about 2inches as stated, males do show some bristles,

It's not a great picture for sexing, but I think I see some "beginnings of bristles". At 2" or so, they are usually not showing much bristles ...
I'm not 100% sure, it's probably best to let it grow a bit more...
