I have a 125 gallon tank and wish to place it in a room with fairly thick carpet. I am pretty sure the stand is an all-glass, and it looks something like these. I was just wondering if there were any special precations to take because of the carpeting such as putting a layer of plywood underneat to try to keep the tank level.

Also, it seems like the tank will be quite top heavy. Should I try attaching the stand to the wall, or is there not much of a concern over the whole thing tipping over?

Ok, I think I might. To make room for the tank in my bedroom I will be sleeping on an air mattress in front of it so I can do a fold up bed sort of thing. If the tank comes down I will cease to exist.
