Sick baby panda corys

I just noticed that my 2 baby panda cories have some white fluff growing out of their fins and tails. The tank is a 20 gallon community tank with 8 rasboras 8 black phantoms, and 4 sterbai's and 3 baby pandas. I wanted some advice on how I should treat them.

A fungal infection. See this for ideas.

Thanks for sending me the discussion link. My panda cories are abot 1 inch long, and were a little smaller when I got them for my tank about 1 month ago. I have a bare bottomed 10 gallon hospital tank with a heater and an airstone (and I do daily water changes). I am not sure how I should use the Methyline Blue with cories this size. If there are any other suggestions you can think of, please do send them my way.

This white fluff is a fungus of the genus Saprolegnia. It usually appears on damaged tissue. I would think there are lots of Medications on the market to solve this.

Good Luck. :)

i think you're supposed to use enough methelyn blue to just tint the water blue. i'd want someone with more experience to back me up though, as i have never done this myself.

1 drop per gallon should be enough to rid your fish of fungus.
Keep an eye on ammonia and Nitrite levels as Meth can knock the filter back.
